Kartalis fountain is located in Agioi Taxiarches district, right next to Kartalis School.

Is on the main «kalderimi» (cobbled path) that connects Agioi Taxiarches district with Agia Paraskevi district.
It was donated by one of the benefactors of Tsagarada, Ioannis Kartalis and as the inscription testifies, it was built in 1902.
